Dance Festival

The students did a great job performing!  They had practiced many dance like the Macarena, YMCA, the Cha Cha Slide and many others. 

Dinosaur project

We started by creating a habitat.  The children decided to add mountains, trees, a lake and volcanoes!

 Here they are drawing their dinosaurs so that they have a variety of them.

These are their background creation.

 Then they created their dinosaurs and added them to the background!

Dinosaur SIlhouettes

This project was done in stages.  First we painted the background and let it dry.  We blended colours as we created. Then they cut out dinosaurs on black paper.  When the background was dried, we painted the mountains, trees and sun.  We added the dinosaur silhouettes.  They did a fantastic job!! 

Cheery Blossom Trees

This art project used lots of colour combining and using brushes and fingertips.
