Today we ... cleaned our pumpkins,
We did not like how dirty they were!
We used lots of water and made a mess!
Then we made predictions!! How many seeds do we think our pumpkins had?
Will our pumpkin float? or sink?
Then we started to test our pumpkins!
We also tried to weigh our pumpkins to see if weight is why some of them sunk!
We had challenges with the scales, so we will continue this one on Monday!!
Next we measured our pumpkins, to see how wide they were/
Measuring was hard! How do you get the string to stay on the pumpkin?
We counted the ridges on our pumpkins, because the book we read told us that the more ridges it has, the more seeds it has. We will check this out with our buddies.
